The property has its own patio area on the front and back of the apartment, perfect for sunbathing, dining and relaxing.

Adjacent to the lush communal gardens, children’s play area and swimming pool, it also boasts around a 5 minute stroll to take you straight to the heart of the Al kazar square, where you will find bars and restaurants offering you a variety of cuisine. Car hire or the use of public transport is recommended if you wish to visit the beaches and explore the wider area. There are options for public transport just outside the main gate through the summer months and trip options with Tequilla Tickets private company- booking required.

Condado de Alhama is a first-class golf resort with an 18-hole golf course specially designed by Jack Nicklaus himself, a driving range and putting green are also on-site. Please check opening times and availability if you wish to use this facility .Feel free to unwind in the newly refurbished clubhouse, enjoying the cuisine from breakfast through to evening meal where the sunset is famous.

Bars and restaurants are within walking distance, however, a car is recommended to visit the beaches and explore the nearby area.
